Three ways to save money on your Spring Planters. (1) Save on soil costs by replacing about 1/3rd of the existing soil and add along with it a slow release fertilizer like Osmocote; (2) Use perennials so at the end of the Spring season you can swap your planters over to summer annuals and then plant those perennials in your garden beds; and (3) use fake plant accents and then you can reuse them year after year!
